Attakorn Sookjaeng

     Attakorn Sookjaeng began studying composition with Daniel Eichenbaum and Brian Mills while he was a pre-college student at the College of Music, Mahidol University. After progressing to his undergraduate studies at the same institution, he took both composition and orchestration courses from Atibhop Pataradetpisan and Valeriy Rizayev. He also had his private music theory lessons with Jiradej Setabundhu. Immediately after graduating with his Bachelor’s degree, Attakorn continued his graduate studies at Mahidol, studying composition with Julia Lake Bozone. He culminated his education with a Doctor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado under the guidance of Paul Elwood.

 

    Attakorn Sookjaeng received the Grand Prize for the Young Thai Artist Award Competition 2014 by SCG Foundation for the piece ‘Bubbles of Time’ and received an opportunity to have a reading session for the same piece by Ensemble Mosaik (Germany) in 2015. His music was performed in several major events such as the 18th World Saxophone Congress 2018 (Croatia), the 2nd Asia Saxophone Congress 2019 (China), Open Space Music Festival 2018-2021 (USA), ClarinetFest® 2021 Virtual (USA), North America Saxophone Alliance 2023 (USA), China Saxophone Association Conference 2025, and Singapore Saxophone Symposium 2025. Currently, he is a faculty of Music Composition and Theory at the College of Music, Mahidol University.

Boonrut Sirirattanapan

     Boonrut Sirirattanapan born in Thailand.Since 2003, Sirirattanapan had composed many pieces for computer, live electronics, chamber works, wind symphony as well as symphony orchestra. His recent works are 2 music score for TV series “Yok Pol Kon Nam Prik” and “Taste Detective 2 by Anusorn” both broadcast on ThaiPBS channel in 2025. On the serious music side, His concerto “Yai Kham” for 2 percussionists and Wind Symphony will record by Kasetsart Wind Symphony Orchestra in the mid-2025. Beside composer, Boonrut recently responsible as a producer for the film production of a documentary about H.R.H. Maha Chakri Sirinthorn and Geo-Informatics and Space technology Development Agency of Thailand (GISTDA) which will show in Thailand Space Expo 2025 at ICON SIAM, Bangkok. Sirirattanapan teaches composition, sound design, and music production at the Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University, Thailand. He is working on the new composition “Prae” (Transform) for Saxophone, Percussions, Strings, and Electronics which 2 in-progress versions, one for percussion ensemble another for Alto saxophone and electronics were perform in Thailand and Singapore respectively.

Wisuwat Pruksavanich

     Dr. Wisuwat Pruksavanich holds the distinction of being the first Thai saxophonist to be recognized as a Yamaha Artist. In 2012, he garnered international recognition when he performed as a soloist in the world premiere of Narong Prangcharoen's composition, "The Dawn of Darkness," at Sumida Triphony Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

 

     His talents also caught the attention of Christian Lauba, a renowned French composer who discovered a video of Wisuwat's performance of "Hard too Hard," one of Lauba's most challenging compositions, on YouTube. Impressed by Wisuwat's skills, Lauba extended an invitation for him to participate in a master class held in Lisbon, Portugal.

 

     Dr. Wisuwat's musical journey has taken him to various parts of the world, where he conducted master classes and concerts in countries such as Poland, Spain, Portugal, China, France, England, the Netherlands, Hawaii, Japan, Taiwan, Croatia, Slovenia, Singapore, Malaysia, and his home country, Thailand.

 

     In 2021, Dr. Wisuwat completed his education at the Academy of Music in Krakow. Currently, he serves as a dedicated saxophone instructor at Mahidol University's College of Music, continuing to inspire and nurture young talents in the world of music.
